However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are more than happy to help.

RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item. For an item to be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Items must be free of stains, damages and odor
  • Tags must be attached

 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift Cards
  • Sanitary Items like Masks or Pacifiers
  • Food and Beverage Items
  • Jewelry
  • Preorder & Presale Items

WHAT TO INCLUDE WITH YOUR RETURN

Return forms are not necessary; instead please include a note with the items you'd like to return that includes the order number and the name and email address associated with the order.

Curious is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return.

REFUNDS

Once we have received your item we will inspect the item and immediately notify you on the status of your refund via email. If your return is approved, we will refund you via your original method of payment (credit card or gift card).

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with the return. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you'd like us to provide you a return shipping label email us at hello@curiousexperience.com. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
